Common use of Destruction of Documents and Records Clause in Contracts

Destruction of Documents and Records. The Debtor authorizes the Secured Party and the Lenders to destroy all invoices, delivery receipts, reports and other types of documents and records delivered to the Secured Party and/or the Lenders in connection with the transactions contemplated herein at any time subsequent to 12 months following such delivery.
