Common use of Deswik’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

Deswik’s Obligations. (a) Deswik will ensure its personnel, when using the Client's premises or facilities: (i) comply with all rules, directions and procedures, including those relating to security or occupational health and safety, which are in effect at the premises or facilities; (ii) avoid unnecessary interference with the passage of people and vehicles; and (iii) not create a nuisance or unreasonable noise or disturbance.
