You must return once complete signed copies of this solicitation. SF 1449 must be signed in block 30a. 2. You must fill in your firm fixed price in section 4.1, Pricing Data for Required Quantity. The fixed price is for the exact specifications in this solicitation and any deviations will be rejected. This solicitation is for all or nothing. You must bid the exact Forklifts in the total quantity required. No further discussions will be held so this price must be your best and final offer. 3. You must fill out the paragraph 28, Representations and Certifications and sign the bottom. 4. You must provide the name, phone number and email address of a company representative that can obligate your firm on contracts. 5. The only added material shall be your past performance references. You shall supply at least three references with current names, phone numbers and email addresses. 6. The proposal must have the following as a Volume(s) a) Volume I: Standard Form (SF) 1449 0FFEROR TO COMPLETE BLOCK 12.17.24&30 b) Volume II: Price proposal and Section 4.1. The price proposal shall consist of completion of Section 4.1 c) Volume III: Performance schedule and Business Management including Technical Proposal to cover all the aspect of the requirement 7.
