Detailed JOC Task Order Price Proposal. a. Pre-Priced Work requirements: Pre-Priced Work requirements will identify the type and number of Work tasks required from the CTC. The price per unit set forth in the CTC shall serve as the base price for the purpose of the operation of this article. The Contractor’s Proposal shall include support documentation to indicate that adequate engineering and planning for the requirement has been done, and that the Work tasks proposed are reasonable for the Scope of Work. Documentation to be submitted with the Proposal shall include, but not be limited to, JOC Task Order Price Proposal, list of anticipated Subcontractors, construction schedule, shop drawings, calculations, Catalog cuts, and specifications. b. The total extended price for Pre-Priced Work requirements will be determined by multiplying the price per unit by the quantity required. The price offered in the JOC Task Order Price Proposal will be determined by multiplying the total extended price by the appropriate Adjustment Factor.
