Details of exercise. At the end of any applicable period for the exercise of such option or, as the case may be, not later than 7 days after the latest date for the exercise of such option in relation to a particular date, each Paying Agent shall promptly notify the Fiscal Agent of the principal amount of the Notes in respect of which such option has been exercised with it together with their certificate or, as the case may be, serial numbers and the Fiscal Agent shall promptly notify such details to the Issuer.

At the end of any applicable period for the exercise of such option or, as the case may be, not later than 7 days after the latest date for the exercise of such option in relation to a particular date, each Paying the Fiscal Agent shall shall, in the case of the exercise of an option in respect of a Global Registered Instrument or an Individual Instrument, promptly notify the Fiscal Agent Registrar of the principal amount of the Notes Instruments in respect of which such option has been exercised with it together with their certificate or, as the case may be, serial numbers and the Fiscal Agent Registrar shall promptly notify such details to the Issuer.

At the end of any applicable period for the exercise of such option or, as the case may be, not later than 7 days after the latest date for the exercise of such option in relation to a particular date, each the Principal Paying Agent shall promptly notify the Fiscal Agent relevant Issuer and the Trustee of the principal amount of the Notes in respect of which such option has been exercised with it together with their certificate or, as the case may be, serial numbers and the Fiscal Agent shall promptly notify such details to the Issuernumbers.

At the end of any applicable period for the exercise of such option or, as the case may be, not later than 7 five business days after the latest date for the exercise of such option in relation to a particular date, each Paying Agent shall promptly notify the Fiscal Agent of the principal amount of the Notes in respect of which such option has been exercised with it together with their certificate or, as the case may be, serial numbers (where the Notes are in definitive form) and the Fiscal Agent shall promptly notify such details to the Issuer.
