Determination by a Borrower. All provisions contained herein requiring a Borrower to make a determination or assessment of any event or circumstance or other matter to the best of its knowledge shall be deemed to require such Borrower to make all due inquiries and investigations as may be necessary or prudent in the circumstances before making any such determination or assessment.
