Determination Dates; Determination Date Administrator Reports. The Indenture Trustee shall report to the Administrator, by no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the second Business Day before each Payment Date or Interim Payment Date, the amount of Available Funds that will be available to be applied toward New Receivables Funding Amounts or to pay principal on the Class A-2 Notes on the upcoming Payment Date or Interim Payment Date. If the Administrator supplies no information to the Indenture Trustee in its Determination Date Administrator Report concerning New Receivables Funding Amounts or payments on any Class A-2 Note in respect of an Interim Payment Date, then the Indenture Trustee shall apply no Available Funds to pay New Receivables Funding Amounts or to make payment on any Class A-2 Note on such Interim Payment Date. If a Principal Payment Condition exists for any Interim Payment Date, the Administrator must provide a Determination Date Administrator Report to the Indenture Trustee.
