Determination of Actual Loading Time. At the completion of each Performance Period, Charterer shall compute the actual loading time (“ALT”) for each voyage during the Performance Period, except for voyages where: (i) the Vessel is Off-Hire during the loading; (ii) the shore installations at such port are not able to load cargo at the relevant rate; and/or (iii) the shore installations do not supply a suitable gas return line.
