Determination of Ad Valorem Taxes. The amount of general Ad Valorem Taxes for the Project will be determined by the Director in the same manner and according to the same statutory procedure as general ad valorem taxes are determined, using the valuations determined by the County Appraiser of Xxxxxxx County, Kansas (the "County Appraiser"), under the same laws, rules and procedures for which real and personal property taxes are determined for all taxpayers within the taxing jurisdiction(s).
