Determination of Allowable Training Costs. All training activities and costs reimbursed under Title IV-E shall be included in the Tribe’s training plan that is included in the DSHS/CA Child and Family Services Plan submitted to the federal DHHS regional office and have prior assurance from DSHS/CA that the training is Title IV-E reimbursable. The Tribe’s training plan can be amended to include appropriate training throughout the contract period with prior DSHS/CA approval.
