Determination of Available Balance for Pay or Return Decision. We may use your Available Balance for the purpose of deciding whether to pay or return an item for insufficient funds at any time between the presentment of the item, or notice in lieu of presentment, and the time we return the item, or send notice in lieu of return. We only need to make one (1) such determination.
