Logs delivered and accepted by the Purchaser prior to the State’s acceptance of Purchaser’s written payment reduction plan are not eligible for payment reduction. Failure of Purchaser to provide sample scale data in a timely, accurate and legible basis will void an approved sample scale plan. An approved payment reduction plan can be voided at the sole discretion of the State.
