Determination of available storage capacity. 11.2.1. The Concessionaire shall from time to time, but not less than once a quarter, inform the Authority and the IE&A in writing of the unused Food Grain storage Capacity available in each of the Long Term Storage Silo in the Silo Complex. The Concessionaire shall especially inform the Authority and the IE&A when the unused Food Grain storage Capacity reaches the level of 15% (fifteen) of total Capacity. The IE&A may carry out inspection of the Silo Complex to verify such submissions made by the Concessionaire. Based on the submissions made by the Concessionaire, as verified by the IE&A, the Authority shall determine the Acceptance Quantity for the Silo Complex and shall, sufficiently in advance and not less than 48 (forty eight) hours in advance, instruct the Concessionaire to receive Food Grain from the Authority or its nominees {or from the farmers directly}.
