Determination of Beneficiaries. Only beneficiaries living on the Date of Death are eligible to receive XXX Account assets. Axos Clearing is hereby authorized to rely on any representations made by the Account Holder, the personal representative of the estate of the Account Holder, any beneficiary, or any other person or source deemed appropriate by Axos Clearing in determining the identity of beneficiaries.
