Common use of Determination of Charges Clause in Contracts

Determination of Charges. Wherever this Agreement requires Licensee to pay for work done or contracted for by Utility, the charge for such work shall include all reasonable material, labor, engineering and administrative costs and applicable overheads that are not otherwise recovered in the Attachment Fee.
