DETERMINATION OF COAL QUALITY. 9.1 To determine the quality of coal at the Delivery point, third party sampling shall be undertaken in accordance with the procedure set out in Annexure VII. The facility charges towards Third Party Sampling will be as per SCCL price notification. Third Party Sampling is made optional.
