Determination of Disputes Relating to Patents and Other Intellectual Property. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Dispute relating to the determination of scope, validity or enforceability of an Alkermes Patent shall be submitted exclusively to a court having jurisdiction over the disputed patent.
