Common use of Determination of Disputes Clause in Contracts

Determination of Disputes. 10.1 Subject to clause 10.7, if any dispute arises relating to or arising out of the terms of this Agreement, either party may give to the other written notice requiring the dispute to be determined under this clause 10. The notice is to propose an appropriate Specialist and specify the nature and substance of the dispute and the relief sought in relation to the dispute.
