DETERMINATION OF FINAL PRICING. 4.1 After the determination of the Tenant Improvements Plans, Landlord shall prepare a final pricing for Tenant's approval in accordance with the Work Schedule, taking into account any modifications which may be required to reflect changes in the Tenant Improvements Plans required by such governmental body in connection with the issuance of permits and approvals.
