Determination of Flowing Temperature. The temperature of the Gas flowing through the meter or meters shall be determined by the continuous use of a recording thermometer installed so that it will properly record the temperature of the Gas flowing through the meter or meters should chart measurement be used. The average of the temperature recorded each day shall be used in computing the volumes of Gas for that day. Temperature shall be determined to the nearest whole degree in Fahrenheit.
