Determination of Primary and Secondary Service Area. The existence and location of each of the Group's Primary Service Areas and Secondary Service Areas shall be determined each time the Group, Parent, Administrator or their Affiliates propose an acquisition, management relationship, Professional Service Opportunity or New Professional Service Opportunity as contemplated in subsections (a) and (b) above.
