Common use of Determination of Prime Rate Clause in Contracts

Determination of Prime Rate. If the Interest Rate Basis specified on the face hereof is the Prime Rate, the interest rate determined with respect to the Prime Interest Determination Date shall be the Prime Rate plus or minus the Spread, if any, or multiplied by the Spread Multiplier, if any, specified on the face hereof, as determined on such Prime Interest Determination Date.

Determination of Prime Rate.
