Common use of Determination of Principal Clause in Contracts

Determination of Principal. Principal with respect to each Series of Notes shall be determined, allocated and distributed in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Supplement. However, all principal or interest with respect to any Series of Notes shall be due and payable no later than the Final Distribution Date with respect to such Series.
