DETERMINATION OF REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES. All expenses for which reimbursement is sought pursuant to this Section 4 must be supported by receipts submitted by Executive to the Company. Such reimbursement of expenses shall be paid by the Company to Executive within thirty (30) days after Executive submits the receipts therefor to the Company.
