DETERMINATION OF RESIDENT RENT CONTRIBUTION FOR RESIDENTS RECEIVING INCOME ASSISTANCE. 1. The Provider will set the Resident Rent Contribution for each Residential Unit where the Resident is in receipt of Income Assistance by applying a flat rate applicable to the appropriate household size, as determined by BC Housing. 2. If the flat rate charged for Resident Rent Contribution changes, reasonable notice will be given to the Resident, as determined by BC Housing.
