Determinations of the Gate Committee. 2.5.1. The Claims Administrator shall inform the Gate Committee on a regular basis of the Enrolled Program Claimants that it has determined fail to meet the Eligibility Requirements. The Gate Committee subsequently will determine whether such Enrolled Program Claimants will be deemed to be Qualifying Program Claimants notwithstanding the contrary conclusion of the Claims Administrator.
