– Determine Remaining Life. The Consultant shall assess and determine the remaining useful life of all inventoried Piedmont Creek assets from Task 2.1 using installation/construction year. If the installation year is unknown, the Consultant shall use projected-useful-life tables, decay curves, or best engineering judgment to determine remaining useful life of assets.
1. The District shall provide the Consultant with any known installation/construction dates for creek assets.
2. The District shall review and provide comments on remaining useful life.
