Determine Value. Determine the fair market value of the Fund as required for purposes of compliance with section 8.2 or as otherwise reasonably requested by the Contributor and/or the Beneficiary from time to time, in accordance with methods consistently followed and uniformly applied provided that in determining fair market value of the Fund or any portion thereof, the Trustee shall be entitled to rely on and shall be protected in relying on values provided by any Investment Manager appointed in respect of the Fund or such portion thereof pursuant to section 5.2.
Determine Value. Determine the fair market value of the Fund Property not less frequently than quarterly and as at December 31 of each fiscal year, in accordance with methods consistently followed and uniformly applied.
