The Contractor hereby agrees to abide by the terms of the following IQCC System License:

  • Site License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on any number of Development Workstations, Machines, Servers or users at a single Site as listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes.
