Developer completion notice. When, in the reasonable opinion of the Developer, the Developer’s Works have reached Completion, the Developer must notify the City’s Representative in writing and must include in that notice: (a) a statement from the person with direct responsibility and supervision of that work that in their opinion the Developer’s Works have reached Completion; (b) copies of any warranties, guarantees, maintenance information or other material reasonably required for the City to assume responsibility for the Developer’s Works; and (c) at least three sets of the “as built” drawings of the Developer’s Works, including one set in electronic format, (Completion Notice).
