Developer Ownership. Subject to Section 3.2, as between Developer and NetSuite, Developer will retain its right, title and interest in and to the Developer Application or Developer Connector. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in consideration of the licenses granted to Developer by NetSuite herein, Developer agrees not to directly or indirectly use any patents to prevent third parties from developing products or services using the SuiteCloud Technologies or offering or distributing such developed products or services.
