Common use of Developer Parcels Clause in Contracts

Developer Parcels. Developer shall have acquired the Developer Parcels, or Developer and the owner of the Development Parcels shall have deposited into an escrow (“Developer Parcel Escrow”) all documents and funds necessary to close such Developer Parcel Escrow and instructed such Developer Parcel Escrow to close and convey the Developer Parcels to Developer concurrently with Developer’s Closing on the City Property.
