Common use of Developer’s Expense Clause in Contracts

Developer’s Expense. Every provision of this Agreement by which the Developer is obligated in any way shall be deemed to include the words “at the expense of the Developer” and “as approved or accepted by the Municipality”, unless specifically stated otherwise.
