Development and Commercial Reporting Sample Clauses
The Development and Commercial Reporting clause requires parties to provide regular updates on the progress of product development and commercial activities. Typically, this involves submitting detailed reports at specified intervals, outlining milestones achieved, challenges encountered, and sales or marketing data relevant to the agreement. By mandating transparent communication, this clause ensures all parties remain informed about key developments, facilitating oversight and enabling timely decision-making.
Development and Commercial Reporting. During the Term of this Agreement, Company will provide a half-yearly written progress report to Novavax summarizing the Development and Commercialization of Licensed Product(s) during the prior six months. Each such progress report will be provided to Novavax by Company no later than March 1st or September 1st (as the case may be) of each year following the Effective Date.
Development and Commercial Reporting. During the Term of this Agreement, CPLB will provide annual written progress report to the Steering Committee summarizing the Development and Commercialization of Licensed Product(s) during the past year. Each such progress report will be provided to the Steering Committee by CPLB no later than December 31 of each year beginning in 2018.
