Development and Implementation. of Job Evaluation Plan 2.1 The Hay Consultant Group are engaged by GO Transit in development and implementation of a Job Evaluation Program covering Schedule “Al” employees, and OFPT Positions covered under Schedule “A2”. 2.2 The Hay Consultant shall provide information, assistance and guidance to the Steering and Technical Committees at various stages of development and implementation of the Job Evaluation Plan.
