Development and review of accreditation standards. The Accreditation Authority will carry out the following functions relating to the development of accreditation standards: (a) develop accreditation standards as required by the Board in accordance with the procedures for the development of accreditation standards established by AHPRA under the National Law (b) provide advice to the Board about accreditation standards, including issues that indicate that the Approved accreditation standards require review, and (c) regularly review the Approved accreditation standards according to timeframes, issues and funding agreed by the Accreditation Authority and AHPRA in consultation with the Board.
