Development Fees. 1. To assist the City in meeting expenses resulting from ongoing development, Owner shall pay development fees as follows, as set forth in the Tables below. These amounts are those in effect upon the execution of this Agreement and are subject to the annual Adjustment Factor, as defined herein, implemented each subsequent year on July 1, beginning July 1, 2023.
