Development in the MPC Territory. MPC shall own, control and retain primary legal responsibility for, and shall be responsible for funding, the preparation, filing and prosecution of all filings and regulatory applications required to obtain Registration of Product in the MPC Territory. LICENSEE will be allowed to comment on development program for development of the Product in MPC Territory in the Steering Committee.
