Common use of Development Input Clause in Contracts

Development Input. a. Customer shall be entitled to provide eSCRIBE with information and feedback concerning the Service’s functional requirements and product definition which eSCRIBE shall consider when formulating the product development roadmap and plans. This co-operative process between eSCRIBE and the Customer does not create any obligation upon eSCRIBE to adhere to Customer’s feedback, nor does it create any ownership interest in the Services on the part of Customer should eSCRIBE incorporate any of Customer’s suggestions into the development plan or ultimately into the Services.
