Security Maintenance. The Owner agrees that in the event that the Town draws upon any security pursuant to this agreement the Owner shall re-establish the total aggregate amount within ten (10) days of the date of the use or this agreement shall be considered to be in default.

Security Maintenance a) During the rental period, the renter must follow the Exhibition Hall’s applicable regulations for hiring security guards, and defining their duties must be in accordance with the regulations set forth by XXXXXX in order to maintain safety in the venue. The renter also must take sole responsibility for any damage to equipment or violation against the law, and TAITRA will not be a party to any liability and/or dispute. 1) During setup period and dismantling (except overnight dismantling): To ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel at the venue, the security must be provided by the security contractor of the exhibition hall. Where there are special requirements that cannot be met by the contractor of the event organizer, the requirements shall be processed separately. 2) During the exhibition (including overnight dismantling): Security guards from an authorized security company with paid-in capital of over NT$40 million, been approved by the Criminal Investigation Bureau, National Police Agency of the Ministry of the Interior with a Business License, been in the security service industry for more than 2 years, and registered with TAITRA for reference, can be utilized. Payments for the services of the security guards will be discussed between the renter and the security company. b) Security Guard Tasks & Assignments by Period
Security Maintenance. To ensure the security, order, and quality of the event at TaiNEX 2, the Lessee shall regulate the number of visitors. The Lessee should refer to Article 14 of the “TAITRA Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1 and 2 Exhibition Space Rental and Operational and Technical Regulations”for matters regarding fire safety, security personnel, and air quality.
Security Maintenance. APOYO will be responsible for ensuring that the Facility remains locked when not in use. APOYO will be responsible for the costs of rekeying the Facility in the event that a key is lost, stolen, or otherwise not returned. Security Maintenance. The Borrower shall ensure that at all times the Estimated Value of the Security Pool equals or exceeds the Cover Requirement and if the Agent notifies the Borrower that the Estimated Value of the Security Pool is below the Cover Requirement, the Borrower shall within one month of issue of such notice, at the Borrower’s option: (a) prepay a portion of the Loan; and/or (b) provide to the Trustee additional security for its obligations under the Finance Documents by way of an encumbrance over dollar deposits and/or certificates of deposit made by the Borrower or the Guarantor with or, as the case may be, issued in favour of the Borrower or the Guarantor by a bank or financial institution acceptable to the Agent, such encumbrance to be created pursuant to a security document in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent; and/or (c) provide to the Trustee additional security for the Borrower’s obligations under the Finance Documents over such vessel or vessels as shall have previously been approved by the Agent acting on the instructions of an Instructing Group, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld in the case of vessel(s) of a type and size substantially comparable to the other Vessels, such additional security to be provided pursuant to security documents in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent and consistent with the form of the then existing Security Agreements to the extent necessary to ensure that the Estimated Value of the Security Pool is restored to the Cover Requirement; Provided That a prepayment pursuant to Clause 15.2(a) shall be deemed also to be a cancellation pursuant to Clause 7.1 (Cancellation) of the Facility in the amount prepaid

Security Maintenance. To provide 24/24 hours security and maintenance teams that will monitor all visitors to the building and provide to the Lessee with assistance when needed;
Security Maintenance. Where Imperva reasonably considers End User’s use of the Infrastructure could: (i) poses a security risk to Imperva, the Software or any third party; (ii) adversely impact Imperva’s systems, the Software or the systems, traffic or data of any other Imperva partner or customer; (iii) subject Imperva, its partner, suppliers or any third party to liability, or (iv) be fraudulent, Imperva shall have the right to suspend in whole or in part End User’s rights to access or use the Infrastructure immediately upon notice. During any such suspension, End User shall remain responsible for all fees during the period of suspension and shall not be entitled to any service credits that would have otherwise arisen pursuant to the Infrastructure SLA.
