Development License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, and upon payment of the applicable fees, Rogue Wave shall grant to Licensee a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited right and license to permit Licensed Developers to install and use the Licensed Software in object code form for the sole purpose of creating and testing Applications.
