Common use of Development Licenses Clause in Contracts

Development Licenses. On a Lead Antibody, EDC Antibody, Licensed Antibody and Licensed TAP Antibody basis, Aventis hereby grants to ImmunoGen and its Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license, under the Aventis Intellectual Property and the Program Intellectual Property, to Develop Products in the manner and to the extent such Development is assigned to ImmunoGen by the Joint Development Committee.
