Common use of Development of Adjoining Property Clause in Contracts

Development of Adjoining Property. The Landlord shall have the right at any time to make any alterations to or to pull down rebuild redevelop or otherwise deal with or use any Adjoining Property as it may deem fit without obtaining any consent from or making any compensation to the Tenant and the Tenant will not object to any planning application made by or on behalf of the Landlord in respect of the development or redevelopment of any Adjoining Property.
