Common use of Development of Operations Clause in Contracts

Development of Operations. In addition to the initial training, AmericaTowne agrees to provide the Licensee, prior to the commencement of its business operations, a list of approved and designated suppliers, and an advertising plan and copy thereof for the Licensee's opening. In addition to the other operational assistance and advice provided by AmericaTowne, at the opening of the Licensee's store and for a period of fourteen (14) business days thereafter, AmericaTowne shall provide the on-site services of a representative to assist the Licensee.
