Common use of Development of the Expansion Premises Clause in Contracts

Development of the Expansion Premises. a. If the Contractor has not reached Substantial Completion by October 31, 2032, the Expansion Premises may be removed from the Premises herein, and the Contractor shall have no further rights to the Expansion Premises. If removed, the Airports Authority may, at its discretion, offer the use of the Expansion Premises to other parties or use the Expansion Premises itself.
