Development Requirements. The exterior wall standards set forth in this section shall apply to the structures located on the Property. At least ninety percent (90%) of the combined exterior surface area of all walls, including all stories of buildings / structures, shall consist of stone, brick, painted or tinted stucco, and factory tinted (not painted) split faced concrete masonry unit or similar material approved by the Director of Planning.
Development Requirements. The Contractor has policies for secure development, system engineering and support. The Contractor conducts appropriate tests for system/application security as part of acceptance testing processes.

Development Requirements. 1. Software developed by Web Services Employers must comply with federally-mandated information security policies and industry security standards to include but not limited to:
a. Public Law 107-347, "E-Government Act of 2002, Title III, Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA)," December 2002.
b. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum (M-10-15), "FY 2010 Reporting Instructions for the Federal Information Security Management Act and Agency Privacy Management," April 2010.
c. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) and Federal Information Processing Standards Publication (FIPS).
d. International Organization for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC) 27002, Information Technology — Security Techniques — Code of Practice for Information Security Management.
Development Requirements. Without prejudice to the generality of anything contained in this Agreement and compliance with the Development Requirements set out in Schedule B, the Licensee shall inter alia comply with the following in order to achieve the above mentioned objective:
13.1.1 Licensee shall, in addition to compliance with Applicable Law, at all times during the term hereof, undertake the development, operation and maintenance of the Project Assets in accordance with the requirements set forth in Schedule A, B, C, D & L hereof. The Licensee shall also use best endeavours to comply with the requirements of Schedule A, B, C, D & L hereto. Prior to making any application to the State/Central Government Authority in relation to sanction of any plans for construction of Project Assets, the Licensee shall be required to get a no-objection in respect of development/layout plans from the Licensor. Any subsequent changes to said development/layout plans would also require a no objection certificate from the Licensor, which certificate shall not be unreasonably withheld by the Licensor. All constructions shall be in accordance with the development plans in respect of which the Licensor has issued a no-objection certificate. In the event, the Licensor is of the reasonable opinion that the Project Assets developed by Licensee do not comply with the requirements specified in Schedule L, the Licensor shall have a right to issue a written notice to the Licensee requiring the Licensee to cure the defect and develop the Project Assets as per the requirements specified in Schedule B, within the period specified in such notice. Notwithstanding anything set forth herein, the Licensee agrees and recognizes that the Licensee shall not be entitled to commercially operate Project asset on Project Site if the same does not conform to the requirements of Schedule B. The Parties agree that a no-objection certificate granted by the Licensor shall in no event amount to certifying the conformity of the Licensee’s development layout plans with Applicable Law or discharge the Licensee from the requirement of obtaining Applicable Permits. The Licensor shall be required to communicate its no-objection or reject the development layout plans within a period of 15 Business Days from the receipt of the development lay-out plans, failing which the Licensor shall be deemed to have granted its no-objection with respect to the development / lay-out plans.

Development Requirements. A Personal Development Plan that is aimed at addressing any skills gaps that the Employee might have forms part of this Agreement and is attached as Annexure B.
Development Requirements. Cisco shall have policies for secure development, system engi- neering, and support. Cisco shall conduct appropriate tests for system security as part of ac- ceptance testing processes. Cisco shall supervise and monitor the activity of outsourced sys- tem development.

4.2.1. may be required to retain the services of (either as an employee or as a contractor) the required number of Sage certified development professionals who shall hold a current certification status through the applicable Sage certification program for the Sage Products/Services to which a Certified Solution integrates; and
4.2.2. shall be required to pay the applicable Membership Fee to maintain its Listing.
