Common use of Development Standards Clause in Contracts

Development Standards. For any structure built on the Property following the Effective Date, it shall comply with the requirements contained in Exhibit B, “Building Materials,” attached hereto and incorporated herein. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Paragraph shall apply to any structure constructed subsequent to the execution of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to modify or otherwise amend any zoning regulation duly adopted by the Town, previously or in the future.

Development Standards. For any structure built on the Property following the Effective Date, it shall comply with the requirements contained in Exhibit BC, “Building Materials,” elevations and building materials for the structure(s) located on the Property, attached hereto and incorporated herein. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Paragraph shall apply to any structure constructed subsequent to the execution of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to modify or otherwise amend any zoning regulation duly adopted by the Town, previously or in the future.

Development Standards. For any structure built on the Property following the Effective Date, it shall comply with the requirements contained in Exhibit B, “Building Materials,” elevations for the structure(s) located on the Property, attached hereto and incorporated herein. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Paragraph shall apply to any structure constructed subsequent to the execution of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to modify or otherwise amend any zoning regulation duly adopted by the Town, previously or in the future.

Development Standards. For any residential structure built on the Property following the Effective Date, it shall comply with the requirements contained in Exhibit B, “Building Materials,” attached hereto and incorporated herein. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Paragraph shall apply to any residential structure constructed subsequent to the execution of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to modify or otherwise amend any zoning regulation duly adopted by the Town, previously or in the future.

The Parties agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Paragraph shall apply to any structure constructed subsequent to the execution of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to modify or otherwise amend any zoning regulation duly adopted by the Town, previously or in the future.

The Parties agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Paragraph shall apply to any structure constructed subsequent to the execution of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to modify or otherwise amend any zoning regulation duly adopted by the Town, previously or in the future.

Development Standards. For any structure built on the Property following the Effective Date, it shall comply with the applicable requirements contained in Exhibit BC, “Architectural Standards and Building Materials,” attached hereto and incorporated hereinby reference and the elevations contained in Exhibit D, attached hereto and incorporated by reference. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Paragraph shall apply to any structure constructed subsequent to the execution of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to modify or otherwise amend any zoning regulation duly adopted by the Town, previously or in the future.

Development Standards. For any structure built on the Property following the Effective Date, it shall comply with the requirements contained in Exhibit B, “Building Elevations and Materials,” attached hereto and incorporated herein. Equivalent substitute materials may be utilized upon approval by the Director of Development Services. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Paragraph shall apply to any structure constructed subsequent to the execution of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to modify or otherwise amend any zoning regulation duly adopted by the Town, previously or in the future.

Development Standards. For any structure built on the Property following the Effective Date, it shall comply with the requirements contained in Exhibit B, “Building MaterialsFaçade Plan,” and Exhibit C, “Landscape Plan,” both of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Paragraph shall apply to any structure constructed subsequent to the execution of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to modify or otherwise amend any zoning regulation duly adopted by the Town, previously or in the future.

Development Standards. For any structure either built or any structure converted on the Property following the Effective Date, it shall comply with the building elevations and materials requirements contained in Exhibit B, “Building Materials,” attached hereto and incorporated hereinby reference. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Paragraph shall apply to any structure constructed or converted subsequent to the execution of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to modify or otherwise amend any zoning regulation duly adopted by the Town, previously or in the future.
