Development Teams. Each Party will assign personnel to its ----------------- development team with the appropriate skills and experience to accomplish the work established in the Work Plan. It is expected that such teams will work together to accomplish the objectives of the Joint Development Program including, if appropriate, conducting efforts at the same facility.
Development Teams i. In seeking up to four teams per age group, the aim is to enter at least one development team with two development teams preferred in the U14 and U15 age groups. This may vary from year to year depending on the number and standard of athletes at trials. Skill development and playing experience will be a priority for these development teams.

Within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, CONMED and MTF shall each appoint an individual who will serve as its team leader and a Development Team to perform work under the direction of the team leader in accordance with this Agreement. Development Teams. Within 30 days of the Effective Date, Warner shall form a Development Team to conduct the further Development of Local/Regional ONYX-015, which will include individuals with expertise and responsibilities in the areas of pre-clinical development, clinical development or regulatory affairs as applicable to the Development of such product. In addition, within 30 days of the date any other Licensed Product is designated for Development, Warner shall form a Development Team for such Licensed Product, which will include individuals with expertise and responsibilities in the areas of pre-clinical development, clinical development or regulatory affairs as applicable to the Development of such Licensed Product. Onyx may appoint two representatives to each Development Team provided that such individuals shall not be entitled to vote. The Development Team shall submit, for review and approval by the Steering Committee, the Development Plans and Budgets. Warner shall have control over all issues relating to Development of Licensed Products. The applicable Development Team shall oversee all aspects of Development of a particular Licensed Product through Regulatory Approval of each such Licensed Product.
Development Teams. The Development of each Licensed Product shall be managed by the Development Team for such Product. Subject to the provisions of Article 2 of this Agreement, all decisions relating to the Development of each Licensed Product shall be made by the Development Team for such product, with Warner to resolve any disputes related to such decisions.
Development Teams. If the Alliance Management Committee agrees that a Product Improvement opportunity warrants further development and commercialization as a Joint Product Improvement, and subject to the provisions of Article XVIII, then the Research & Development Committee shall form a single development team with minimal duplicate resources to plan and execute the development and registration work.
Development Teams. Each member of a Development Team shall make themselves available and be responsible for providing at least fifteen (15) hours per month performing the following services for the benefit of the Company without compensation: (i) consulting with the Member assembling such Development Team with respect to the Company’s Business, Sponsored Projects and consulting with respect to the Moog IP as set forth on Exhibit B and Workhorse IP as set forth on Exhibit C, as applicable, contributed to the Company; and (ii) making recommendations to the Co-Managers concerning potential Improvements and other matters with respect to the Horsefly IP.
Development Teams. PPG shall maintain the Materials Development Team and Process Development Team to work on the tasks set forth in Statements of Work.
