Common use of Development Work Programmes and Budgets Clause in Contracts

Development Work Programmes and Budgets. (a) At such time and in such manner as the Act requires, and as the Ministry otherwise requires, the Contractors shall submit, for the approval of the Ministry, a Development Work Programme and Budget for each Development Area for each Calendar Year. At any time and from time to time, the Contractor may submit, for approval, amendments to it. (b) A Development Work Programme and Budget for a Calendar Year shall be substantially in accordance with the Development Plan for the Development Area.

At any time and from time to time, the Contractor may submit, for approval, amendments to it. (b) A Development Work Programme and Budget for a Calendar Year shall be substantially in accordance with the Development and Production Plan for the Development Exploitation Area.
