Research Project. The findings of any research project, which would change the provisions of this Agreement will not be implemented until such changes are negotiated and agreed to by the parties.
Research Project. Except as provided in B. above, an unpaid leave of absence shall not be granted to an employee who:
Research Project. Extensions of an unpaid leave of absence may be requested by the employee and may be granted by the department head or designee.
Research Project. 3.1 These Materials and Data will be used by Recipient's PI solely in connection with the Research Project, as named and described in the attached research application (insert Research Project name below):
3.2 If any aspect of the Research Project, e.g., biological assays and/or genetic analyses, is to be performed by an entity other than Recipient as permitted by section 4.2, such entity is to be named below:
3.3 This DMDA covers only the Research Project cited in section 3.1 of this DMDA. Recipient must submit a separate DMDA for each Research Project for which Data and/or Materials are requested.
Research Project. 3.1 These Materials and Data will be used by Recipient's PI solely for use in conducting the Research Project, as named and described in the attached research application (insert Research Project name below):
3.2 If any aspect of the Research Project, is to be performed by an entity other than the Recipient agrees that it will not employ, contract with, or retain any person, directly or indirectly, who is listed in the federal government’s Excluded Parties List (EPL) System for Award Management (XXX) (xxxxx://xxx.xxx/content/exclusions). Recipient agrees to notify XXXX within 30 days of such person’s debarment or disqualification under this DMDA.
3.3 This DMDA covers only the Research Project set forth in Section 3.1. Recipient must submit a separate DMDA for each Research Project for which Data and/or Materials are requested.
Research Project. 2.1 The respective work of University and Company under the Research Project is described in Schedule A. Each Party intends to contribute, each in its area of expertise, to the Research Project, and shall use its reasonable efforts to perform its work under the Research Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.2 Each Party shall assign a principal investigator who directs and supervises the Research Project (a “Principal Investigator”) as set forth in Schedule A. [University may assign a research manager (a “Research Manager”) who conducts the Research Project under the direction and supervision by the Principal Investigators.] Either Party may use any of its officers, employees or, in case of University, students in the performance of the Research Project (collectively with the Principal Investigator [and the Research Manager], the “Researchers”), provided that each such Party remains fully liable for the actions or omission of its Researchers. Either Party may replace, add or remove its Researchers [(other than its Principal Investigator)] at its sole discretion upon prior written notice to the other Party.
2.3 The Parties may at any time amend the Research Project by mutual written agreement.
2.4 Company acknowledges and agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit the freedom of University or its Researchers from engaging in research similar to the Research Project.
2.5 If an applicable committee or organ of University determines that the Research Project has deviated from the purpose, scope and manner originally intended or is inappropriate under the ethics rules and other internal rules of University, University may, at its discretion, amend or discontinue the Research Project without any liability.]
Research Project. The term “Research Project” means a research protocol which contemplates the use of an Aggregate Response.
Research Project the research (and development) project first set out in the Project Application and all work to be performed as part of the Project Application and further defined in the ICA, including the allocation of the work and Budget allocated to each specific Participant;
Research Project. The Research Project which is contemplated by this Agreement is set forth in the Research Plan, attached as Exhibit A. This Research Plan sets forth the research tasks and objectives to be performed by University. University agrees to conduct the Research Project in accordance with the Research Plan, and under the supervision and direction of the Principal Investigator. The Principal Investigator may select other University employees to participate in the research (including, but not limited to University technicians, undergraduate and graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, or faculty members), provided that such individuals are made aware of and have agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement (subject to Section 11.3, if applicable). Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, University and Intel may amend the Research Plan at any time by mutual written agreement.
